During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the two complementary cocktails offered at the hotel bar upon arrival. the hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to shopping centers and public transportation. I also appreciated the beautiful rooftop view of the city from my room.

I was disappointed by the lack of amenities in the room, specifically the absence of coffee/tea making facilities. the room was also quite cramped, particularly the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for a romantic escape. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the variety of restaurants nearby.

The bathroom was not well-maintained and there were small bugs in the room. the room lacked basic amenities, such as proper coffee mugs and cups.

Excellent service in resolving an issue with the air conditioning. The staff quickly responded and moved us to a room with a properly functioning AC. Despite the initial inconvenience, they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would recommend this hotel for their attentive service.
